ViaVeta utilizes the state-of-the-art technologies and top level service providers to ensure your security in your shopping transactions with credit cards. There is a key below your browser on any page where you enter your personal data. This key is the guaranty for the protection of the data you submit via your browser against third parties.

Via Veta prioritizes the security of credit card holders doing shopping from Via Veta. Your credit card information is not stored in our system in any ways.
Information of the credit card used in shopping are encrypted by the 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and transmitted to the concerning bank for inquiry independent of our shopping sites. Shopping transaction is resumed once the availability of the card is confirmed. Since no information related to the card can be viewed and stored by us, third parties are disabled from obtaining such information under any circumstances.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an authentication system developed by card companies to ensure the security of online shopping transactions. It is also known as credit card validation transaction via the SMS password sent to your mobile phone number which is registered in your Bank in shopping transactions on the Internet.
The reliability of the payment/invoice/delivery address information for the orders given online via credit card is audited by our company for Credit Card Fraud. Thus, first of all the accuracy of the financial and address/telephone information of the customers giving order from our shopping sites for the first time need to be validated in order their orders to switch to supply and delivery phase. Credit card holder or corresponding bank is contacted to check such information, if necessary.
Only you can access and change the information you submitted during registration. If you keep your user login information secure, it is not possible for others to access or change your information. For this purpose, user transactions are executed within the 128 bit SSL security area. This system is an international encryption standard which is impossible to be broken.

The aim of this Policy is to set out the terms and conditions for the use of personal data shared with www.viaveta by the Platform users/visitors/users (collectively referred to as the “Data Subject”) or produced by www.viaveta during the use of the Platform by the Data Subject in the course of operation of the Internet site www.viaveta and the mobile application by Via Veta (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Via Veta shall be able to process the personal data provided by the Data Subject for the purposes including the creation of user registration and account and storage of relevant records, utilization of the services provided on the Platform by the Data Subject, detection of system errors and performance tracking and improvement of the Platform’s performance, providing maintenance and support services and backup services as well as performance of necessary operations by business units to ensure that the products and services offered by www.viaveta are utilized by relevant persons and implementation of the relevant business processes, planning and performance of the activities required to suggest and promote these products and services by customizing based on the likes, using habits and needs of the relevant persons, performance of the necessary operations by the corresponding business units for the execution of the commercial activities implemented by www.viaveta and implementation of associated business processes, assurance of the legal, technical and commercial business security of www.viaveta and the persons in a business relationship with www.viaveta and/or planning and performance of business strategies.
Personal Data to be Processed in line with the Express Consent of Data Subjects and Purposes of Processing
Within the scope of the express consent of the Data Subject, www.viaveta shall be able to process and share the data with following parties for the purposes of improving the user experience by tracking the movements of Data Subjects on the Platform, statistics, profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, creating customized promotion suggestions for the Data Subject and using the data obtained in the content of any kinds of advertising and materials.
Transfer of Personal Data:
Personal data shall be able to be shared with www.viaveta and Via Veta officers, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private institutions within the scope of the personal data processing requirements and purposes stipulated in the Clauses 8 and 9 of the Law, and transferred as per the guidelines set out in the Clause 9 of the Law and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board provided that it will be limited with these purposes.

Rights of Personal Data Subject
As per the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, data subjects have the right
• to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not, and to request information if his/her personal data are processed,
• to learn the purpose of his data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes, and to know the third parties to whom his personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, and to request notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom his personal data has been transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions, to request the deletion or destruction of the personal data if the reasons requiring processing have been disappeared and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• to object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his/her personal data, which leads to an unfavorable consequence for the data subject, and to request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
The requests for the use of the aforementioned rights shall be able to be conducted by personal data subjects by the means set out in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data issued by Via Veta under the relevant Law at viaveta Via Veta shall conclude the requests in question within thirty days.
Via Veta reserves the right to charge the fees shown in the tariff rates determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (if any) regarding the requests.
